The usual minimum entry requirement for entry as an Erasmus, Exchange or Visiting student at undergraduate level is B2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in the four components – reading, writing, speaking and listening. Erasmus pays an additional £103 (€120) per month - a total of £420 (€490) per month for a poorer student going to France for six months in the current academic year.
